Hyderabadi girl Poonam Kaur is on cloud nine now. After her film 'Gaganam' which released in Tamil as 'Payanam' turned out to be a hit, Poonam is bagging good roles. Though her charecter in 'Gaganam' is too short, she has managed to prove her mettle as an actress.

She is all set to star in the Tamil remake of 'Shouryam' which will be directed by choreographer, actor and director Prabhu Deva. Vishal Reddy and Sameera Reddy will play the charecters of Gopichand and Anushka Shetty in Tamil.

Poonam will play the second lead in this film.Infact she did the same role in Telugu 'Shouryam' too.

Shreya Reddy will produce this movie on G K Films corporation banner. Mumait Khan too is likely to be roped in for an item number in this movie which is already busy shooting.
