Vishal, who produced 'Pooja' under Vishal Film Factory banner, is very happy with the response for the film. This film, starring Shruti Haasan as the female lead and directed by Hari, was released few days back.

Vishal said, "Telugu audiences made my 'Pandem Kodi' a big hit and now 'Pooja' turned out to be a bigger hit than it. Hari's excellent taking, Yuvan Shankar Raja's music and re-recording are the assets of the film. Family sentiment has worked out well. I came to know about the response of the audiences by watching the film with them. I will make more and more good films inspired by this success".

Vaddi Ramanujam, the executive producer of the film, said, "Buyers are very happy with our film. They said that they collected the amount they invested in the first week itself. We are increasing the theatres in the second week and the success of the film can be understood with this"
