Thalapathy Vijay's fans started this year with their idol's blockbuster 'Master'. 2021 is also going to end on a high note for them as the makers of the superstar's upcoming biggie 'Beast' are showering them with the latest updates. We had already updated you that the shooting of Beast is nearing completion in a few days.

A brand-new still from the Beast shooting spot was released online this morning and trending on social media since then. Now, the production house Sun Pictures took to Twitter to announce that the film's leading lady Pooja Hegde has completed shooting for her portions in 'Beast'. They shared a video in which the actress expresses her thoughts about working on the movie.

In the video, Pooja said, "Hi guys. So, it's been great working for the Beast. An absolute pleasure to be on the set. We have loved so much making the film and I hope that you guys are gonna laugh as well in typical Nelson style. And with Vijay sir's style, this film is going to be an absolute entertainment, and it's just been great to be on this set because everyone is so lively and it's such a character that it honestly felt like a vacation while we're shooting the film. Sadly, today is my last day for Beast. It's a shoot wrap for my portion. See you in the theatres."

Beast is helmed by Nelson Dilipkumar, who delivered the recent blockbuster 'Doctor'. The ensemble star cast of the film includes Selvaraghavan, Shine Tom Chacko, Aparna Das, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Redin Kingsley and Lilliput Faruiqui. Rockstar Anirudh is scoring the music while Manoj Paramahamsa cranks the camera. The movie is set to hit the screens worldwide in the summer of 2022.
