After delivering two back to back super hits with 'Varuthapadadha Vaalibar Sangam' and this year's Pongal release 'Rajini Murugan', director Ponram has emerged as the next big thing to watch out for in Kollywood.

The young director who is adept in creating humorous family entertainers will direct his third film for the Ayngaran International banner.

Sources reveal that actor-director Raghava Lawrence is likely to play the lead role in this flick. Ponram felt Lawrence would be perfect for the lead role of this film and he had narrated the script to the 'Kanchana' star. Sources say that Lawrence is impressed with the script narrated by Ponram and he has given the nod to take up the project.

Raghava Lawrence is presently acting in 'Motta Siva Ketta Siva'. He also has 'Naaga' and 'Bhairava' in his kitty and both these films will have him as the director and hero.
