The entire shooting of Mani Ratnam's mega multistarrer 'Ponniyin Selvan' and its sequel 'PS2' was wrapped up recently and most of the stars made it official on their social media pages. However it has now been reported by reliable sources that there is a small portion of the film to be shot and preparations are on to do the same in December.

The same sources have added that famous singer cum 'Asuran' actor Teejay Arunasalam will feature in the scenes that will be shot and he will appear in a flash back portion in the film.

'Ponnniyin Selvan' has music by A.R. Rahman and the ensemble cast includes Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha, Prabhu, Jayaram, Vikram Prabhu, Nizhalgal Ravi, Sarathkumar, Parthiban, Balaji Shakthivel, Prakash Raj and Ashwin Kakkamanu.
