Ner Konda Paarvai star joins Ponniyin Selvan!

Director Maniratnam who had last directed the multistarrer superhit Chekka Chivantha Vaanam is next shooting his big budget dream project Ponniyin Selvan which is based on the classic novel of the same name by Kalki Krishnamoorthy.

It was announced that the movie has started its first schedule in Thailand with Jayam Ravi and Karthi, Aishwarya Lekshmi portions and that the movie also stars Trisha, Vikram, Vikram Prabhu, Prabhu, Sarathkumar, Rahman, Kishore and many others.

Now the latest update is that actor Arjun Chidambaram who had played the main negative role in Thala Ajith starrer Ner Konda Paarvai plays a small role in Ponniyin Selvan. The movie produced by Lyca Productions has music by AR Rahman.
