Legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam's dream project, 'Ponniyin Selvan 2', is all set for a grand release on April 28. The movie's audio and trailer launch was organised on a massive scale last night in Chennai. Many top celebrities and politicians were present at the big ticket event.

Trisha plays the spellbinding, smart Chola princess Kundhavai in Ponniyin Selvan. She talked about the love she has been receiving from the fans since the release of the first part. She said, "I took notes that I should talk a lot about this film, but a lot of people have already talked about it. However, I would like to mention only one thing here."

"When the first part of 'Ponniin Selvan' came out in which I played the character of Kundavai, I received hundreds of photos every day. All of them were dressed like Kundhavai, including young women and children. I posted some of those photos on social media. One photo that surprised me the most was of a baby who was just a few days old wearing Kundhavai make-up. I witnessed the biggest surprises after acting in this film," said the gorgeous actress.
