Speaking recently at a student meet in Chennai, Kamal Haasan said that he mightn't be able to make an 'Anbe Shivam' ('Sathyame Shivam' in Telugu) or a 'Dasavatharam' today.
“If I make such films, I will have court cases (against me). Who knows? They may create problems for even 'Indian 2',” the actor-turned-politician said. Does this mean that the film will criticize any real-life characters? Let's see.
The film is presumed to be a sequel to the Shankar-Kamal duo's 1996 blockbuster 'Bharateeyudu'. Shankar recently on Republic Day formally raised a toast to his upcoming project by letting an air balloon fly high in Taiwan. The magnum opus is produced by Lyca Productions and Anirudh is said to be on board to score music. The rest of the cast and crew will be announced soon.
