Are some political biggies asking producer D Suresh Babu to vacate the Ramanaidu Film Studios in Vizag and return the government-allotted land? As per a Telugu daily report, which has quoted unnamed sources, the YCP government is exerting pressure on the owners of the Ramanaidu Studios to return the 34.44 acres that the TDP government gave to it way back in 2001.

As per the buzz in the industry, highly-placed sources in the Jaganmohan Reddy government have asked Suresh Babu to vacate the place in exchange for another piece of land at Bheemili.
While the Chandrababu Naidu government had given late D Ramanaidu about 34 acres, the studio was built on 10 acres. Suresh Productions and Suresh Babu have been waiting for the right opportunity to expand the studio further.
A rumour is that Vijay Sai Reddy sought the land in November last. Back then, Suresh Babu expressed his unwillingness to part with it. So far, Suresh Babu has not opened up on the controversy.
