Tanushree Dutta continues to be in the news. A few days ago, the Bollywood actress of the 2000s had said that she was "sexually abused" by Nana Patekar on the sets of a film in 2008.
On Monday, a video clip in which a few goons are seen vandalizing her car was released by someone on the Internet. This attack happened on the same day when Nana misbehaved with Tanushree. Certain media outlets have attributed the attack to Maharashtra's MNS party in Mumbai.
Following the reports, the political party has reacted in the wrong way.
In this context, Tanushree has issued a fresh statement. "MNS party in an interview given to a leading daily has threatened me with a violent attack. This on top of other threats issued to me from Nana Pataker's side. I would like to thank Mumbai police force for coming forward to protect me and helping me strengthen my resolve," the actress has told a news agency on Tuesday.
