Kantu Agasthya, a TV journalist, is in Karnataka to find out people's pulse before the May 12th polls. And when he spoke to a group of teen boys (who are also political campaigners) in Omballhati village about their cinematic interests, the reporter realized that they are huge Prabhas fanboys!
And they are aware not just of 'Baahubali' franchise movies but also of Prabhas' movies that did average. Like 'Pournami'. One teenager actually knows a 'Chatripathi' punch dialogue by-heart! He is a Kannadiga but punch lines and cinema know no linguistic boundaries. Isn't it?
Karnataka is one of the major Tollywood markets. Telugu actors are household names there. And some superstars are more popular than others.
