Atlee is one director who has carved a niche for himself with his very first film. Not just in Tamil (where he is disproportionately popular) but even in Telugu. The major reasons why Policeodu has good amount of craze going for it in Telugu is his name, the trailer and, of course, Dil Raju's brand.
Policeodu, coming on April 15, introduces a cop who tells the message of parenting. Dil Raju and Kalaipuli S Thanu are producing the Telugu version.
Starring alongside Vijay are Samantha and Amy Jackson. Prabhu, Radhika, Mahendran and other senior actors are playing important roles in this movie.
Music is by GV Prakash Kumar. Editing is by Anthony Rubens. Cinematography is by George Williams. Sirish and Lakshman are co-producing the movie. Atlee has written the story.
Nainika (Meena's daughter) is playing Vijay's little darling in this action-drama.
The Ilayathalapathy is seen doing both action and in a light-veined mood in this teaser. Let's see if Policeodu launches him in the Telugu States like no other film in the past.
