Reuters from media has been intimated that Sun Networks has acquired the distribution rights for ‘Police Police’ starring Prithviraj and Sriram in the cast. Kamalini Mukherjee of ‘Gamyam’ fame and Sanjana play the heroines. Producer Chandu has made the movie on his production company Pinnacle Pictures Pvt. Ltd.

The police department has always been an inspiration for cinema. Thus, taking a cue from some of the day-to-day incidents, the plot is made around the life of two policemen and their dedication to the department. Earlier, Venkatesh played a strict cop in ‘Gharshana’ which went well among the masses.

Prithiviraj is known to Telugu audience from ‘Sivapuram’, the dubbed movie from Malayalam and Sriram from ‘Okariki Okaru’. As both the actors are well established in Tamil industry, the movie has been made bilingually both in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously on a high budget. After completing the post production work, it will be released in the month of February.
