This measure, enforced under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (formerly Section 144 of the CrPC) by Commissioner of Police C.V. Penalties for Violation:
Individuals or groups violating these restrictions, particularly around sensitive areas like the Secretariat, will be prosecuted.
The Hyderabad Police has emphasized its commitment to enforcing these measures to prevent any breaches of public peace and security.
Effective Duration:
The order will remain in effect from 6:00 PM on October 27, 2024, until 6:00 PM on November 28, 2024.
