'Podaa Podi' audio in few weeks! Sony acquires music rights

Finally, Silambarasan aka SimbuÂs ÂPodaa Podi will see an audio launch. Sony music has now acquired the music rights of this romantic musical. A press note states that the music will be unveiled in a few weeks.
The musical stars Simbu and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar in the lead roles and marks the latterÂs foray in Tamil cinema.
The album consists of six tracks, including a few theme tracks and a Bhangra number by T Rajendar aka TR! STR has crooned two songs and penned the Bhangra number while Yuvan Shankar Raja has also sung a song for his dear friend; STR. Music is composed by Dharan.
The title song is sung by Benny Dayal and Andrea Jeremiah.
ÂPodaa Podi by debutant Vignesh Shivaa, is a romantic musical on a couple in three stages of life.
