Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi is never late when it comes to appreciating people for their hard work. Once again, he has proved it by appreciating Telugu film industry actors Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Varun and Sai Dharam Tej, for the efforts they have put in the making the first ever Corona song that was made from Tollywood.
He wrote, “Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Varun Tej, Sai Dharam Tej, thanks for the message you all have given. Let us all stay in our homes only. Let us all maintain social distancing. Let us win over Coronavirus. #IndiaFightsCorona.” (sic)
This tweet is something that left the film fraternity in shock. Few days ago only, Chiranjeevi and the other actors in the song have shared this song on their social media accounts. Composed by Koti, this sing has gone viral for all the right reasons.
Going by those good old methods, when awareness was spread among people by singing songs, and making plays, this song has reached out to many people out there.
The initiative that the actors have taken has been appreciated by many, and the Prime Minister himself tweeting about this is definitely a big thing. Let us hope there will be a lot more coming up from Tollywood, and making it one of the most contributed industry among all, to win over the pandemic.
