PM discussed Paris Agreement with Canadian PM Trudeau

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi discussed a variety of issues, including the Paris Agreement on climate, during a telephonic conversation with his Canadian counterpart, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

According to a release from the Prime Minister`s Office (PMO), the leaders “exchanged views on developments of mutual interest, specifically, climate change. Prime Minister Modi reaffirmed India's commitment to take forward implementation of the Paris Agreement.”

PM Modi congratulated the Canadian PM on the 150th Anniversary of the Canadian Confederation and agreed to deepen bilateral cooperation in diverse areas.
