A number of Malayalam films are gearing up to grace the theatres in the coming weeks. The biggest releases of the week will be Sreenivasan's 'Pachamarathanalil', Jayaram’s 'Paarthan Kanda Paralokam' and Kalabhavan Mani's 'Swarnam'.

‘Pachamarathanalil’ produced by Revathy Kalamandhir and distributed by Pyramid Saimira will be the first release of ace actor Sreenivasan, this year. Directed by Leo Thaddeus, the movie is said to be based on a different and engaging family plot.

'Paarthan Kanda Paralokam' is another crucial film in the career of Jayaram who is facing a lot of downs, these days. This hilarious comedy, presenting a continuation of the mood of his hit films of the nineties, is directed by Anil and also feature Mukesh and Jagathy in pivotal roles.

‘Swarnam' directed by Venugopan is another family movie which also is based on a different plot. Kalabahavan Mani who has not been able to deliver a hit as independent hero, in the last couple of years will be eagerly waiting to know about the performance of the movie at the Box Office.
