Aamir Khan's 'Laal Singh Chaddha' is just few days away from its release and naturally, fans are super excited to watch it after waiting for it for years. However, there are some people who believe that Aamir's film doesn't deserve success and that it should be boycotted. Couple days back, #BoycottLaalSinghChaddha started trending on Twitter.

In response Aamir Khan told PTI, "That Boycott Bollywood... Boycott Aamir Khan... Boycott Laal Singh Chaddha... I feel sad also because a lot of people who are saying this in their hearts believe I am someone who doesn't like India... In their hearts they believe that... And that's quite untrue."

Making his stand very clear and urging people to watch his film, Aamir said, "I really love the country... That's how I am. It is rather unfortunate if some people feel that way. I want to assure everyone that it's not the case so please don't boycott my films, please watch my films."

Also starring Kareena Kapoor, Mona Singh, Naga Chaitanya and others, 'Laal Singh Chaddha' is set to release on 11th of August 2022.
