With the rise of OTT platforms in recent years, it has become common for actors to work on several projects at once. But since acting is a mentally demanding job, it can be confusing for actors to switch from one character to another. In a recent media interaction, actress Shweta Tripathi, who was recently seen as Sunaina in Disney+ Hotstar thriller show 'Escaype Live', talked about how she manages to transition between characters.

Shweta told IANS, "When you’re playing so many characters it can get confusing. Mentally and psychologically speaking, it is very exhausting. So it’s very important to remember who you are because I should not lose touch with who Shweta is. And Sunaina is very close to who I am and who I would like to be.”

Sharing a trick that works for her, Shweta stated, "I have a playlist for all my characters as it takes me to their world and I have realised that whenever I put on Sunaina’s playlist it always puts me in a great mood."
