'PK' to be banned

While the latest released Aamir Khan starrer PK' has garnered thumbs-up from audience and critics, it received a big thumbs-down from the right wing groups. As per media reports, the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has sought a ban on the Rajkumar Hirani directorial, citing that the film carries some content which hurts the religious sentiment of Hindus.

HJS activist Uday Dhuri after watching PK', filed a complaint with Navi Mumbai Police. He claimed that the film should be banned as it shows several Hindu rituals and traditions in poor light. Also, Dhuri want the film's team including producers, director and artists to be booked for allegedly promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion and outraging religious feelings of a community.
