If you are ready to forget ‘Aegan’, the other three films in which Piya Bajpai acted so far are full-length comedy entertainers. The actress now wants to do a serious role and hopes K V Anand’s ‘Ko’ will be a perfect launch pad for it.

“I bagged roles laced in humour in my last three movies- Poi Solla Porom, Goa and Bale Pandiya. This is not a planned one but I accepted the offers that knocked my doors since I found them interesting,” she says.

“But now, I would like to establish myself as an actress who could do different roles,” she says and adds: “I am hopeful that ‘Ko’, in which I am acting with Jeeva will establish me in a position that I am looking for.”

The actress, while saying she was so impressed when Anand narrated her, the script and her character in the movie, informs that the film is a racy entertainer with all necessary commercial ingredients. “It is going to be a thrilling ride for the audience,” she says.
