'Pithavum Kanyakayum' for Cannes

Another Malayalam movie ‘Pithavum Kanyakayum’ will make a premiere in the Cannes festival of the year. Jointly directed by Roopesh Paul and N K Sajeev Menon, the movie will make its first show in one of the sections of this year's Cannes festival.

The movie which tells the fears of people living in age of increased levels of globalisation, will be shown on the 17th of May. The movie featuring M G Sasi, the director of much famed 'Adayalangal as its hero is of 90 minutes duration. Written by Indumenon, 'Pithavum Kanyakayum' is produced by Sree Mookambika creations.

Roopesh Paul had earlier directed 'My mother's Lap' which was critically applauded.
