Pirivom Santhipom
The film has the successful `Autograph' pair Cheran and Sneha. Karu Pazhaniappan, who had earlier directed `Chathurangam', `Parthiban Kanavu', and `Sivappathigaram', is directing this film.
The film has many `no's to feel proud about. It has no villain, no fight, no vulgarity, no item number, no twist, and to top them all, there is no negative characters in the film. However, the director assures, the film DOES have the capacity to entertain the audience.
He sounds quite philosophical when talking about the story of the movie. "Life has its own complications and hence we don't need to tamper with the incidents to `create' any twist in the tale", says Pazhaniappan. He opines that the innate complexities of the life making our lives complicated in a natural way. This, according to him, makes for an interesting study and, of course, a story.
That is what `Pirivom Santhippom' is all about.
The movie also has a unique backdrop of a joint family belonging to Nagarathar (Nattukkoottai Chettiyar) community. The film beautifully captures a grand marriage of the community with all its cultural richness and nuances.
Sneha is quite exited about the movie. "If you ask me to select ten best films in my career, `Pirivom Santhippom' would top the list", says the actor.
The movie buffs, who want to see quality movie, are eagerly awaiting the rare chance to see the realistic and pleasant experience on celluloid.
