Though Prithviraj and his company August cinema has raised big initiatives to control the Internet piracy and spreading of their movie prints of 'Urumi', more and more filmmakers are now on the run, following the reports of their new movies available on net. The latest is the case of 'Rathinirvedham', 'Salt'N Pepper' and the Tamil movie 'Daiva Thirumakal'. It is reported that around one lakh of the downloads have happened for the three movies in the Kerala circle, itself. The director of the movie's Aashiq Abu and Sureshkumar the producer of 'Rathinirvedham' has called for immediate action from cyber police to end this piracy which is sure to act as a deterrent in the growth of Malayalam film industry. But the filmmakers also laments that there is nothing much happening from the cell, which hasn't yet got any clue about the case.
