'Piku' going south

Piku` not only won a million hearts with its impressive storyline and dialogues, but also bagged the best film award of 2015. Directed by Shoojit Sircar and leading actors like Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Irrfan Khan took the movie to greater horizons.

Renowned film maker from Tollywood producer Daggubati Suresh Babu, father of Baahubali actor Rana Daggubati, plans to remake the film in South. Sources reveal that actor Venkatesh, is very eager on playing Amitabh`s character in Piku.` There are serious conversations around the industry that Anuvu 2` producer Suresh Babu is already in talks with the Hindi filmmakers to remake the movie.
