A photographer who once worked with Megan Thee Stallion says he was forced to watch the hip-hop star have sex. According to Garcia, in a 2022 lawsuit against the performer, at some point in time, he was partying in Ibiza, Spain, one night, and he ended up in a moving SUV with Megan, who then had sex with another woman next to him.

Garcia states that he was confined and very uneasy through the ordeal, unable to leave the car or make away due to being in a daze from the entirely foreign atmosphere.

The suit also claims that afterward, Megan told Garcia not to talk about it and proceeded to verbally attack him, calling him "fat" and "unattractive."

The suit also alleges that Megan unjustly fired Garcia, who was already on the verge of resigning due to a high workload, high expectations, and poor pay in a hostile environment, because he complained about his treatment.

Megan's lawyer, Alex Spiro, shrugged off the lawsuit and called it an ask for money, not a claim of sexual harassment. The suit names Megan, her companies, and her label as defendants.

As noted, Garcia is seeking monetary damages, while Megan, one of the hip-hop world's leading lights, made headlines a couple of weeks ago when she was allegedly shot by rapper Tory Lanez.
