1991 - A small film called 'Phool Aur Kaante' releases.

A lean'n'dark boy is supposed to make his debut as an action hero. Not many give him any chance on earth to survive, especially since the film is pitted against Yash Chopra's 'Lamhe'.

And then.....the man makes a GRAND entry. Atop a motorcycle (no, he is not driving it!) with his two feet on two separate motorcycles, he looks upwards as he comes near you by setting the screen ablaze.

You look at him...but there is no looking back for the young man. The man is A.D. Ajay Devgan!

Circa 2006. And the trick is repeated again. This time the young man has matured, he has several awards and hits under his belt and a film maker can rope him for a film belonging to any genre and be assured that he will deliver. 15 years down the line, Ajay Devgan repeats the same stunt but with more style, confidence and attitude as he is driven upon two bikes.

The film? Golmal. Directed by Rohit Shetty, who earlier made his debut [again with Devgan] in moderately successful 'Zameen' 3 years back, 'Golmal' is a fun'n'comedy film that stars the likes of Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor and Sharman Joshi as the other leads. 'Golmal' is slated for a mid-July release!
