Petta heroine becomes musician next!

Malayalam actress Malavika Mohanan had debuted in kollywood recently with the Superstar Rajinikanth starrer superhit Petta directed by Karthik Subbaraj and the movie had her in a prominent role paired with Sasikumar.

Malavika is the daughter of renowned cinematographer KU Mohanan and had debuted in films with a Malayalam movie opposite Dulquer Salmaan and also starred in Iranian maker Majid Majidi's Beyond the clouds.

Now she's all set to debut in Telugu opposite Vijay Deverakonda in Hero, directed dialogue writer of Kaaka Muttai Anand Annamalai and it has been revealed that Malavika's character will be that of a musician while Vijay Deverakonda plays a biker. Malavika Mohanan is all set to undergo music training for her role.
