It seems like actor and philanthropist, Sonu Sood is getting payback for the good deeds he has done. He has been named 'hottest vegetarian celebrity of the year' by PETA India. Sonu tweeted a of a glass trophy and wrote "Thank you @PetaIndia". Peta is an organization that advocates against the killing and mistreatment of animals of any kind.

Sonu Sood has rose to new fame after helping people out ever since the lockdown started. He engineered a massive campaign to arrange transport for stranded migrant labours and now he is providing e-rickshaws to labourers who lost livelihood due to the pandemic. “I believe providing job opportunities is more important than distributing supplies. I’m sure that this initiative will help them stand on their feet yet again by making them self-reliant and self-sufficient," Sonu said.
