Vijayakanth's long-pending Perarasu is finally ready and is all set to hit theatres this Pongal.

The movie produced by Khaja Mohideen features Vijayakanth in a dual role. One as a police officer and the other has been kept as suspense .

The movie hit the floors some time back. In between, Khaja Mohideen attempted suicide while Vijayakanth made an entry to politics resulting in the delay in completing the movie.

The movie was expected for a Deepavali release.

Now with all decks cleared, get ready to welcome Perarasu.
