Director Ram, who had last directed the critically acclaimed Andrea Jeremiah - Vasanth Ravi starrer Taramani, is ready with his next release Peranbu, starring Megastar Mammootty, Anjali, Thanga Meengal fame Sadhana and Anjali Ameer in prime roles.

The movie, revolving around the lives of an autistic child and her father and their bonding, had been screened in various international film festivals including Shanghai film festival and Goa International film festival, winning critical acclaim for the making, and the strong emotional content.

Now, the latest update on Peranbu is that the movie is all set to release worldwide on February 1, and the news was shared by the film's producer PL Thenappan on his social media account. Peranbu, which has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by Theni Eswar will have Dubai premiere on January 31.
