'Pelli Choopulu' to receive National Awards

Producers Raj kandukuri and Yash Rangineni of 'Pelli Choopulu' fame are going to receive the National Awards on May 3 in a ceremony to be held in New Delhi.

The 2016 blockbuster won two awards - one in the Best Telugu Film category and the other in the Best Dialogues category. While the former will be received by the producers, the latter will be received by Tharun Bhascker, the writer-director.

The producers have thanked the jury and the audience for the same.
