There are two more days to go for the release of Pelli Choopulu, but producer Raj Kandukuri is already a happy and proud man. Pretty confident about the content, he has been arranging special shows for media personnel and industry people in Hyderabad and Vijayawada.

Telling the story of two youngsters (played by Vijay Devarakonda and Ritu Verma), who discover each other's strengths when they cross paths accidentally, it is directed by Tharun Bhascker, a short filmmaker-turned-feature film director. Complete with neat performances and good dialogue, it has music by Vivek Sagar. Cinematography is by Nagesh Banel.

The makers have always touted the film as a new-age rom-com and according to the feedback the producer is getting, it stands up to the description.

The film is slated for a July 29 release.
