Director K P Kumaran, who is directing Aakasha Gopuram based on Henrik Ibsen's The Master Builder, says, the movie is a greatest tribute to the playwright, whose works influenced me since my childhood.
Mohanlal plays the lead role in the movie, which is set in the contemporary milieu against the backdrop of suburban London and draws characters from the Malayalee community settled in the locality.
The movie stars Mumbai model Shweta Menon in the lead role. Nedumudi Venu, Bharat Gopi, Manoj K Jayan and Geethu Mohandas are also in the cast. Expected for release early next year is Aakasha Gopuram.
