Pawanists, TDPians: 'Can RGV revive Reddy Garu Poyaaru?'

Sometime in 2011, Ram Gopal Varma was high on the success of 'Raktha Charitra'. He started believing that the time was ripe to make politically controversial films based on real-life personalities.
This is when he made a sensational announcement. Varma said that he would be making a film titled ‘Reddy Gaaru Poyaru’, where Reddy alludes to late Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy. The film was ostensibly about YSR's untimely demise in an "accident". RGV even sought an appointment with KVP, late YSR's Man Friday. The project was shelved for reasons best known to its makers.
Cut to 2018, Varma was firmly anti-Chandrababu Naidu. Also, he became pro-YSRCP without openly declaring his allegiance to Jaganmohan Reddy. Last year, Jagan won a massive mandate and became the CM of AP.
RGV could make fun of Chandrababu Naidu when he was in power. He has been ridiculing Pawan Kalyan, too. In this context, some Pawanists and Tammullu (meaning TDP supporters) on social media are asking of RGV to muster up the courage to revive 'Reddy Garu Poyaaru' if he has the guts.
Obviously, he won't. If anything, Varma might make a film titled 'Reddy Garu Vacharu'. No prizes for guessing what it would be about.
