We just found that there is a commonality between Pawan Kalyan and Ram Gopal Varma, the arch-rivals.  They, self-confessed failures at formal education, are good at motivating people to excel in academics and become something in life.

Recently, the results of UPSC's Civil Services Examination were out.  And among the few rankers from the Telugu states, one is a Pawan Kalyan fan and another is an RGV fan.  They are not just ordinary fans but look up to them as motivators.

One Prudhvi Tej, who secured 24th rank and is set to become an IAS officer, was felicitated by Power Star way back in 2011 when he topped the IIT-JEE exam.  He had then said that Pawan Kalyan's films like 'Tammudu' are his inspiration.  He had watched a PK movie a day before taking up the IIT entrance exam.

One Yedevelli Akshay Kumar, who has secured a rank in the recently-declared UPSC results, has said in an interview that he is a huge RGV fan.  Whenever RGV releases his video, Akshay can't even sleep without listening to him.

"For all those who thought I inspire only criminals and perverts, take a listen to what this Civil Topper is saying.  The irony is that I was a terrible student and failed in Civil engineering twice but proud about it," RGV says on Twitter.
