Katherine B Hadda, the American Consulate General in Hyderabad, happened to visit Pawan Kalyan's Vijayawada residence on Tuesday.  The duo exchanged pleasantries and spoke for some time.

"Thank you for graciously hosting us for dinner tonight, Pawan Kalyan and Nadendla Manohar!  Enjoyed our far-ranging exchange on issues of concern to both our countries," Katherine later tweeted out.

Throwing light on what they discussed, Pawan said, "I thank you a lot @KatherineHadda for patiently hearing our concerns about our students and on immigration issues. And also, I truly appreciate your efforts to curb human trafficking of helpless and vulnerable women in India. Our support will be always there for such programs."

Meanwhile, the Jana Sena chief has filed an application with his party's Political Affairs Committee, seeking a Lok Sabha ticket.
