Power Star had signed a movie in AM Ratnam's production more than a year ago. Although nothing has been heard about it, the producer's son, AM Jyothi Krishna, has in his latest interview confirmed that the project is very much in the offing.

A remake of the Tamil blockbuster 'Vedalam' (Ajith-starrer), the film's scripting was long done.

It will most probably go on the floors from January. As is known, Kollywood director RT Neason of 'Jilla' fame will wield the megaphone.

It has to be seen as to what happens to the Mythri Movie Makers-Santosh Srinivas movie. It has been said that Santosh Srinivas is ready with a drama with a strong social message
