Taking the cue from an article that says that the 15th Finance Commission, to be headed by economist NK Singh, will be skewed against South Indian states like Tamil Nadu and Kerala by virtue of weightage to 2011 Census in the allocation of divisible tax pool, Jana Sena leader Pawan Kalyan has raised some questions.

"Is the success of south Indian states going to be used against them by Union of India ??? This article flags a genuine concern that population-based formula for sharing tax revenues between states & Center would hurt south Indian states," he tweeted on Sunday morning.

"I personally feel Media, Economists Intellectuals & Political fraternity should thoroughly look into the article and evaluate," he then urged.
