In a recent interview, Vasuki said that she is ready to start her second innings in movies. "I want to play good roles that are not limited to a couple of dialogues. I like to play powerful roles, not just sister roles. All these years, I have been busy with various responsibilities. Now that I am finding time for other things these days, I want to make a new beginning in movies," Vasuki told a channel.

The Vasuki-Anand Sai duo has a teen daughter and are leading a peaceful life in Chennai. The duo became friends while Sai worked on 'Toli Prema'. They got married as they liked each other.
