Actor and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan has suggested that he will throw his weight behind any leader or party who fights for Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh. He has said this statement in the wake of Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi's June 4 agitation for SCS in Guntur.

In his tweet, however, Pawan didn't mention Rahul's name. He instead took the name of APCC President Raghu Veera Reddy.

"I will support any party which fights for Special status. My best wishes to Sri Raghuveera Reddy garu. Due to short notice, I am not able to make it," Pawan said as if he was responding to reports that invite to him by the Congress was not accepted.

Pawan said that all parties should fight unitedly for SCS.
