In the wake of reports about a parliamentary panel recommending that all dignitaries should start giving speeches more in Hindi, actor and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan has registered his protest by sharing on Twitter an article published in a Telugu-language daily.

Headlined 'Hindi Go Back', the article drives home the message that linguistic identities of South Indians should be respected. "North Indian political leadership should understand & respect the cultural diversity of our Country," he has tweeted.

Pawan also shared an article which talks about the alleged raw deal received by South Indian States in developmental allocations.

Since most of Pawan's recent tweets repeat the theme of North Indian elites allegedly discriminating against Southern States, expect Jana Sena Party to make this into a major political plank in 2019.
