Pawan Kalyan: Going Pink & Saffron are not mutually exclusive

Pawan Kalyan continues to be in the news for cozying up to the BJP. Just last month, he was rumouredly rubbing shoulders with Amit Shah, the second most powerful person in India after Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Days ago, the Jana Sena chief had good words for the Union Home Minister. He also unambiguously said that his party had never fallen out with the BJP and that differences were only over specific issues, such as Special Category Status.
Amidst all this, there is a talk that Power Star will go Saffron, which means he will announce an alliance with the BJP very soon. If that happens, Pawan might have to take instructions from the party in making his moves on different fronts, including on doing a film or two.
But, as things stand, doing the 'Pink' remake won't be problematic. It's a powerful film that is expected to find resonance with the audience. If anything, Pawan has genuinely felt strongly about women's security. Even his opponents know in their minds that he is sincere about this issue.
In conclusion, Pawan will go both Pink and Saffron, as they are not mutually exclusive.
