Ramakrishna, the CPI party's AP secretary today called on actor and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan at the Jana Sena office in Hyderabad. The duo were engaged in a lengthy discussion on various issues related to Andhra Pradesh, a statement of the party said.

Pawan and Ramakrishna brainstormed about Special Category Status to AP, land acquisition leading to displacement and the impact of Demonetization, the statement read.

The meeting comes in the context of Pawan publicly stating more than twice that he will question the government on behalf of the people. One understands that there is going to be issue-based collaboration between JSP and CPI in near future. AITUC AP Council President PJ Chandrasekhar Rao was also present at the meeting.
