Looks like one star's birthday is another star's bad day. Ok, it was a light-veined remark. So far as this year is concerned, things have been largely conforming to this though.

On the birthdays of Allu Arjun and NTR, two of Tollywood's biggest stars had a release each. It was Sardaar Gabbar Singh on April 8, and Brahmotsavam on May 20. Respectively, these were the birthdays of the Mega hero and the Nandamuri hero. And both Pawan Kalyan-starrer and Mahesh Babu-starrer met with a huge disaster at box office.

In some, this sentiment specific to 2016 is causing some anxiety. It pertains to Janatha Garage. The big-ticket NTR film will hit the screens on Pawan Kalyan's birthday, i.e., Sept 2. While sentiments can be irrational, they are nevertheless taken seriously by many.

Whatever it is, everything about Janatha Garage is looking very positive and terrific. The genre, the director, the first look and the teaser - all of them simply point to one thing - the film could turn out to be an industry hit for sure. So, folks, chill!
