Renu Desai's divorce with Pawan Kalyan has been shrouded in mystery.  In her latest interview, though, the ex-wife of Power Star has suggested that she couldn't bear it upon learning that her husband impregnated a woman (Anna Lezhneva, whom Pawan would marry years later) despite being her man for 11 years.  It seems this is the last straw that broke the camel's back as far as the Renu-Pawan relationship is concerned.  

"I ask his female fans who think I have done some wrong to put themselves in my shoes.  How would it feel if Kalyan garu were their husband and did to them what he did to me?" Renu asked.  

"It was Pawan Kalyan garu who first asked me for divorce.  Only I, him and God know this truth.  I got angry when he sought a divorce from me.  I am a bit uncomfortable to talk about these things at a time when he is in politics, as they might say that my words are politically-motivated," Renu said.   She said that Pawan is a well-meaning person who wants to do good for society.  "I know him very well.  He is not money-minded," Renu said.  

"I have given up my anger towards him (Pawan) for the sake of my kids.  I can't be an angry soul," Renu said.

Renu is now going to marry a divorcee.  He is a family friend who had been in the US till recently.  He shifted to Pune recently.  And Renu got in touch with him through her family. 

"My first reaction was to say no to remarriage.  But I was counseled by my relatives and friends," she revealed.
