Pawan Kalyan paid last respects to late Harikrishna on Wednesday. He was seen comforting NTR during the visit.

When the media asked him for a statement on the departed celebrity and former Parliamentarian, the Jana Sena chief recalled how Harikrishna was the only one to resign as a Rajya Sabha MP in solidarity with those opposed to the bifurcation of united Andhra Pradesh. It happened in 2013 and Harikrishna's resignation was seen as a conscientious stance by many, including those who never supported the political parties he was associated with.

"His services in the fields of politics and cinema won't be forgotten. I convey my profound sympathies to the bereaved family. I pray to God that, in this hour of immense grief, they have the strength to tide over the loss," Power Star had said hours after Harikrishna's passing away.
