Ramakrishna, the AP State Secretary of CPI, has said that Pawan Kalyan has no offers in film industry. "Pawan Kalyan has no film offers. That's the reason behind him saying that he will become active in politics," the leader said.

This must come as a big joke because Power Star is the biggest reigning and highest paid star in Tollywood, and his superstardom is second only to Rajinikanth in South India. The criticism from the Communist leader only a day after Pawan praised the loyalty of Communists to their party despite not being in power, should come as a bit harsh.

Ramakrishna further asked why Pawan was not questioning the TDP supremo's poaching of defectors from a rival party in AP. Regarding fighting for the granting of Special Category Status to AP, he said that if Pawan was indeed sincere, he should go to Delhi and fight with the Centre.
