On Friday, the Global Excellence award instituted by the Indo-Euro Business Forum was given away to Pawan Kalyan for the way he solved the Uddanam Nephropathy issue. It was in recognition of his Social & Community servcies in general, too.

Speaking at the London event, Power Star dedicated the award to all selfless Indians.

Pawan was seen interacting with Vijay Sampla, the Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment in India, on the sidelines of the event. The actor also paid tributes to the statue of Mahatma Gandhi at the British Parliament. Earlier, he had visited the Dr. BR Ambedkar Memorial.

"Indians first, Indians last, Indians forever: These words are etched in the hearts of every Indian. I truly admire and am inspired by the greatest leader of our nation. I will commit to his ideas through our party JanaSena till my last breath," the Jana Sena Party chief said in his testimonial at the Memorial.
